I have protected and defended employers for over 22 years. During this time, I have helped companies of all sizes (Fortune 50 to start-ups) with employment law/HR compliance and defense against employment law claims. Common issues include wage payment issues, leaves of absence, hiring, firing, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful terminations, and class/collective actions.
In January 2018, I began serving as the President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and have been a Board Member for over 6 years. I am a former President of the Employment Law Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Additionally, I served for two years as President of the Northern California Employment Roundtable (created by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing).
